When you are describing,
A shape, or sound, or tint;
Don't state the matter plainly,
But put it in a hint;
And learn to look at all things
With a sort of mental squint.
~Lewis CarrollBrief flightFeathers fly to caress youAs you float upon the seasOf the breath of life and nature,You can taste its gentle breeze,It fills you with serenityAnd you cease to see the endOf your flight running, racing out of wind,Your palms stretch out like wingsCollecting silken feathers in your hands,And time stands still for you my friend,You know not when the end will comeBut it's rushing fast to greet youAnd you know cannot cease its runSo raise your head for one last glimpse of sun.So I'll be thinking in abstract rhyme for the rest of the night. That's what I get for writing poetry right before I got to bed. Surely I'm not the only one who watches so many British shows that you realize the voice (or voices) in your head is talking in a British accent. Am I the only one who does this? More confirmation of my already confirmed insanity I guessPS: I seem to be having problems with font/highlighting bugs. I don't know how to fix them so they just get to be an eyesore whenever they pop up. If you have any imput on the subject please let me know!TTFN! That's tata for now!
